  • Anna De Biasio

    Anna De Biasio è Ricercatrice di Letteratura anglo-americana all’Università di Bergamo. Si è occupata di narrativa dell’Ottocento e in particolare dell’opera di Henry James (Romanzi e musei. Nathaniel Hawthorne, Henry James e il rapporto con l’arte, 2006; Transforming Henry James, 2013). La sua monografia più recente è Le implacabili. Violenze al femminile nella letteratura americana tra Otto e Novecento (2016). Ha curato l’edizione di Sherwood Anderson, L’uomo diventato donna e altri racconti (2020).

  • Valeria Gennero

    Valeria Gennero è Professoressa Associata di Letteratura anglo-americana all’Università̀ di Bergamo. È autrice di numerosi studi dedicati all’impatto della gender theory sulla produzione letteraria statunitense contemporanea; tra questi si segnala: La manomissione del genere, 2015. Negli ultimi anni ha inoltre pubblicato, su riviste nazionali e internazionali, saggi che analizzano in chiave transnazionale le opere di Pearl S. Buck. In questo ambito di ricerca si segnalano due volumi: la monografia La conquista dell’Est. Pearl S. Buck tra Stati Uniti e Cina, 2008, e la raccolta di saggi Sguardi interculturali. Pearl S. Buck e la Cina, 2020, curata con Maria Gottardo e Junwei Yao.
